This soup supports the body’s energy and immunity.
Ingredients:
Mung Bean 100g, Red Bean 100g, Barley 100g
Cook the beans for 45 minutes in:
500ml Chicken broth
1000 ml water
Serve for two people for five days.
Take this soup before meal or in between of mealtime, I.e. 10:00 AM or 3 PM.
The function of each bean:
Mung Bean: Cleansing the body, clears toxin, eliminates damp,
Red bean: Eliminates damp and tonify body Qi and Blood, strengthens body energy, also eliminates dampness and water.
Barley: Tonify spleen and eliminate damp.
