Dr. Hana’s personal journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine began long before her professional training. Growing up in South Korea, she was exposed to traditional Korean herbal medicine and acupuncture from an early age. Her health science and wellness studies in Japan further deepened her interest in traditional medicine. Her personal experiences with hormonal imbalances and gynecological concerns inspired her particular interest in women’s health, healthy aging, and Chinese herbal medicine.
Dr. Hana believes that every patient has a unique health history and deserves care tailored to their individual needs. She incorporates acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Tuina massage, cupping, Gua Sha, moxibustion, electro acupuncture, and mud therapy into individualized treatment plans. Her clinical interests include women’s health, including PCOS, fertility-related concerns, menstruation issues, and menopause, as well as dermatological conditions, digestive health, sleep concerns, mental well-being, sports injuries, and pain management.
